Shirahama, Japanese Benidorm...

__In our quest to discover the rural Japan, we came across this atypical city in any routes through the country of the rising sun, Shirahama. After visiting Koyasan, we decided to delve a little deeper into the peninsula of Wakayama trying to reach Kumano Kodo, the Japanese St James' Way.  However, communications with public transport are very complicated and the only feasible destination was Shirahama. A town that has anything rural but the province in which it is.

En nuestro afán por descubrir el Japón rural, llegamos a esta ciudad atípica en las rutas por el país del sol naciente, Shirahama. Tras visitar Koyasan, decidimos adentrarnos un poco más en la península de Wakayama para intentar llegar a Kumano Kodo, el camino de Santiago japonés. Sin embargo, las comunicaciones con transporte público son muy complicadas y el único destino factible se quedó en Shirahama. Una ciudad que de rural, únicamente tiene la provincia.

The Magic Kingdom of Alberobello

We left the Salento towards northern Puglia, to the region of Bari. Our new home for the next three days would be a Trullo at Locorotondo, very close to our next destination: Alberobello.

Abandonamos el Salento para dirigirnos hacia el norte de Puglia, a la región de Bari. Nuestro nuevo hogar durante los próximos 3 días sería un trullo en Locorotondo, muy cerquita de nuestro siguiente destino: Alberobello. 

Dulceida x Krack Pool Party

Hello there! I'm back and I have lots of things to tell you! This summer is being super-intense and I can hardly find  time to tell you all about. Last week I was at the launch party for the shoes' collection designed by Dulceida for Krack. A "deliciously" decorated rooftop pool with mojitos, canapé, good music and lots of friends was THE place for this purpose.

Hola! He vuelto y tengo un montón de cosas que contaros! Este verano esta siendo super intenso y a penas tengo tiempo de sentarme para poder enseñaros todo lo que me gustaría. La semana pasada estuve en la fiesta de presentación de la colección de zapatos que Dulceida ha diseñado para Krack. Para ello organizó una increíble Pool Party en la azotea del hotel Pullman con una decoración "deliciosa", mojitos, canapés, buena música y un montón de amigos!

After three intense days at Sonar, Sunday was time to relax. And what better way to do so than in a pool, with amazing views and the great company of Michał Juliet. Do you remember the pool?

The Great Scape... to Summer!

Last weekend summer stood with their suitcases in Barcelona and we all went crazy! This year his flight was delayed and although we were all already organizing his welcome party, he cached us still wearing socks!

El pasado fin de semana el verano se plantó con sus maletas en Barcelona y nos volvió a todos locos! Este año su vuelo tuvo retraso y, aunque ya estábamos todos con el cortejo de bienvenida en marcha, nos llegó igualmente de sopetón y con los calcetines puestos!

Berlin, Michelberger, Happiness

Last month I was in Berlin, among other things, visiting the MTV offices. Berlin is definitely one of my favorite cities. As many all you already know, I lived in this wonderful and unique city for two years. After those two years, the day came, when I had to leave. There was no specific reason, but it was a turning point: stay there forever or discover new horizons. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I think I've ever been as sad as the day I left Berlin. In fact, I spent the entire flight crying. Now every time I go back (and I do it quite often) I feel like coming home. As soon as I got off the plane I feel the smell of bread and feel myself in a safe place. Yes, Germany smells like bread, at least to me... ☺

El mes pasado estuve en Berlín, entre otras cosas, visitando las oficinas de MTV. Berlín es, sin duda, una de mis ciudades favoritas. Como ya sabéis muchos de vosotros, hace un tiempo viví dos años en esta ciudad maravillosa, única y muy inspiradora. Tras dos años en esta ciudad, llegó el día en que tuve que irme. No había ningún motivo específico, pero era un momento de inflexión: quedarse ahí para siempre o descubrir nuevos horizontes. Recuerdo aquel día como si fuera ayer. Creo que nunca he estado tan triste como el día que me fui de Berlín. De hecho, me pase todo el vuelo llorando. Ahora, cada vez que vuelvo (y lo hago bastante a menudo) siento que vuelvo a casa. Nada más bajar del avión ya siento ese olor a pan que me hace sentir en sitio seguro. Sí, Alemania huele a pan, o eso me parece a mi... ☺

_A couple of weeks ago (lately all my posts start alike... So far this year, I haven't had time to really tell you the things right after they happened... well... I don't think this will change any time soon...) I went to Madrid for work and stayed in a lovely hotel: Innside Genova Madrid.

Hace unas semanas (últimamente todos mis posts empiezan así... La verdad es que en lo que lleva de año no he parado y no he tenido tiempo de contaros las cosas relativamente poco después de que sucedieran... en fin... creo que mis posts comenzarán así durante unas semanas todavía...) fui a Madrid por trabajo y me alojé en un hotel precioso: Innside Genova Madrid. 

A [beautiful] weekend in the mountains

HI know I haven't been posting pretty much lately, but I have spent almost all my time on redesigning the blog. Many of you have told me that the navigation of my previous blog was not easy and that it took ages to load the pictures. So, I've been working the past weeks to bring you the improved version of my Obsessions :) Hope you like it! In fact,  I think I'll be able to post more regularly since this new format makes publishing easier and faster. 

Se que últimamente no he publicado mucho. He invertido prácticamente todo mi tiempo en rediseñar el blog para que os sea más fácil y cómodo seguirme. Muchos de vosotros me comentabais que la navegación no era muy sencilla y que las imágenes tardaban mucho en cargarse... así que, me he puesto manos a la obra y he creado una versión mejorada de mis obsesiones :) Espero que os guste! De hecho espero poder postear más a menudo ya que este nuevo formato consigue que publicar sea más sencillo y rápido.
