In October I was invited to the annual charity concert organized by TIDAL, TIDAL X Rock The Vote. Since its creation in 2015, these charity concerts have raised millions of dollars for different social causes such as the reform of criminal justice or humanitarian aid in natural disasters. This year's revenue from this concert has been entirely allocated to Rock The Vote to prepare new voters for elections as decisive as those of 2020 in the United States. En octubre me invitaron al concierto benéfico anual organizado por TIDAL, TIDAL X Rock The Vote. Desde su creación en 2015, estos conciertos benéficos han recaudado millones de dólares para distintas causas sociales como la reforma de la justicia penal o ayuda humanitaria en desastres naturales. Este año los ingresos de este concierto han sido íntegramente destinados a Rock The Vote para preparar a los nuevos votantes para unas elecciones tan decisivas como serán las de 2020 en Estados Unidos.
After our journey through the Deep South of the United States, we decided to spend a few days in New York, as shock therapy before returning to Barcelona. An overdose of consumerism and cement after the simplicity (in the most positive sense of the word) and rudeness of the south. A few months I introduced you to Boo and Emma Rose, or what is the same, Beau. This New York band that won me over with their first single, Karma, has already launched its first EP and prepares the release of their first album, That Thing Reality, in March 2016. We now have more material to continue squeezing their music and talent to the Infinity. Hace unos meses os hablaba de ellas, Boo y Emma Rose, o lo que es lo mismo, Beau. Esta banda neoyorquina que me conquistó con su primer single, Karma, ya ha lanzado su primer EP y prepara el lanzamiento de su primer album, That Thing Reality, para marzo de 2016. Yesterday I run into these two girls, Heather and Emma Rose Boo, the two members of the band Beaû. They just have a song, Karma. Maybe that's why I'm obsessed trying to find out more about them. Both are 19 years old, from New York and its theme is part of the America 3 compilation created by Kitsuné. Karma, THE song, reminds me of Mazzy Star, which I love!
