Exploring Camargue and Provence by Campervan with kids

After a longer break than I would have liked, I’m finally back with a new family travel post. The truth is that when you have kids, finding time for your hobbies —or for those you can’t always do with them, like writing a blog— becomes quite complicated. Still, I don’t want to give it up, because it’s a way of preserving memories and useful information from all these trips, which are now different but still just as full of incredible moments. And without a doubt, the trip I’m writing about today is one of the most special we’ve done so far and one we’ll hardly ever forget: our first campervan trip. A short but intense journey that made us dream about the possibility of owning a campervan of our own one day.

Route 61: Nashville

From Memphis we went to Nashville, our last stop on the Route 61 and end of our road trip ... Fortunately, we were so eager to discover Nashville that in our minds, was somehow scattered that it was the last city of our incredible journey. Nashville was for me Johnny Cash and American country. Best combination!

¡No podía haber mejor combinación!

Route 61: Memphis

From Clarksdale we went to Memphis. It was the city I was less excited to visit. Well, it was rather the destinations of whome I had lower expectations, and yet, it was the city that struck me the most. Not so much for its tourist attractions, but by its history and by the omnipresence of Elvis throughout. I've never been a fan of Elvis, and I didn't came here because it was his city, but his presence transformed Memphis into my favorite city.
