On tour with NTS & BERSHKA

If there Is one thing I'm passionate about, it's live music and discovering new corners of the world through it. This year, I had the incredible opportunity to follow the NTS tour with BERSHKAMUSIC, discovering emerging artists on a journey that took me to four European cities: Warsaw, Madrid, Berlin, and Lisbon. Each stop was a unique experience, filled with great music, surprising gastronomy, and unforgettable moments with my travel companions.

Si hay algo que me apasiona, es la música en directo y descubrir nuevos rincones del mundo a través de ella. Este año he tenido la increíble oportunidad de seguir la gira de NTS con BERSHKAMUSIC, descubriendo a artistas emergentes en un tour que me llevó a cuatro ciudades europeas: Varsovia, Madrid, Berlín y Lisboa. Cada parada fue una experiencia única, llena de buena música, gastronomía sorprendente y momentos inolvidables con mis compañeros de viaje.

Berlin South of the Spree

The second day Berlin dawned bright and with an extraordinary wintery white light. The good weather also brought polar air and we had to wear all layers we could! The planed route was ambitious. We had for crossing Mitte until Kreuzberg and walk it thoroughly. From there to Templeholf, Neukölln and, finally, to the East Side Gallery. We almost did it, just some leg's pain for Ideotta...

El segundo día en Berlín amaneció resplandeciente y con una extraordinaria luz blanca de invierno. El buen tiempo trajo también aire polar y nos tuvimos que enfundar todas las capas que pudimos! La ruta era ambiciosa y nos proponíamos atravesar Mitte hasta llegar a Kreuzberg y recorrerlo a conciencia. De ahí a Templeholf, Neukölln y, por último, la East Side Gallery. Prueba superada si no fuera porque Ideotta se destrozó los pies...

Berlin meine Liebe

As you know, Berlin is a very special city for me. I remember my first visit to the city, it was love at first sight! That same day I told myself that I had to live there! And said and done, a year after I moved to this unique city. I lived for two years in Berlin, two unforgettable years. Since then, I always feel like I've to come back from time to time.

Como ya sabéis, Berlín es una ciudad muy especial para mi. Recuerdo el flechazo que sentí la primera vez que la visité. Ese mismo día me dije que ahí tenía que vivir yo! Y dicho y hecho, un año después me mudé a esta ciudad tan única. Dos años viví en Berlín, dos años inolvidables. Desde entonces, siempre siento que he de volver de tanto en tanto.

It's finally Saturday! Today I'm posting my last pictures of my trip to Berlin. I got the chance to visit MTV offices there, designed by Dan Pearlman. Here some pictures you to judge. I loved crossing Bob Sponge there and watching the Spree river illuminated by the rare winter sun!

Por fin es sábado!  Hoy os traigo las últimas fotos de mi último viaje a Berlín. Tuve la suerte de poder visitar las oficinas de MTV, cuyo diseño de interiores ha sido realizado por Dan Pearlman. Aquí os dejo algunas fotos para que juzguéis vosotros mismos. A mi me encantó cruzarme por los pasillos con Bob Esponja y mirar a través de sus cristales el río Spree iluminado por un extraordinario sol invernal!

Kimchi Princess in Berlin

Today I will keep telling you stuff about my last trip to Berlin. I wanted to tell you, mainly, about a Korean restaurant I went for dinner: Kimchi Princess. This Korean restaurant in Kreuzberg, one of the most creative parts of the city, is the perfect place to start the Berlin night! 

Hoy sigo contándoos  cosas de mi última visita a Berlín. Principalmente os quería hablar de un restaurante coreano al que me llevaron a cenar: Kimchi Princess. Este restaurante coreano situado en Kreuzberg, uno de los barrios más creativos de la ciudad, es el lugar perfecto para empezar la noche berlinesa! 

Berlin, Michelberger, Happiness

Last month I was in Berlin, among other things, visiting the MTV offices. Berlin is definitely one of my favorite cities. As many all you already know, I lived in this wonderful and unique city for two years. After those two years, the day came, when I had to leave. There was no specific reason, but it was a turning point: stay there forever or discover new horizons. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I think I've ever been as sad as the day I left Berlin. In fact, I spent the entire flight crying. Now every time I go back (and I do it quite often) I feel like coming home. As soon as I got off the plane I feel the smell of bread and feel myself in a safe place. Yes, Germany smells like bread, at least to me... ☺

El mes pasado estuve en Berlín, entre otras cosas, visitando las oficinas de MTV. Berlín es, sin duda, una de mis ciudades favoritas. Como ya sabéis muchos de vosotros, hace un tiempo viví dos años en esta ciudad maravillosa, única y muy inspiradora. Tras dos años en esta ciudad, llegó el día en que tuve que irme. No había ningún motivo específico, pero era un momento de inflexión: quedarse ahí para siempre o descubrir nuevos horizontes. Recuerdo aquel día como si fuera ayer. Creo que nunca he estado tan triste como el día que me fui de Berlín. De hecho, me pase todo el vuelo llorando. Ahora, cada vez que vuelvo (y lo hago bastante a menudo) siento que vuelvo a casa. Nada más bajar del avión ya siento ese olor a pan que me hace sentir en sitio seguro. Sí, Alemania huele a pan, o eso me parece a mi... ☺
